Aqua price drop

I booked an Aqua guarantee on the Constellation sailing dec 7....am assigned an a2....prices on a1 have dropped way below what I paid...could I call and switch to a1.....there are lots of rooms available..

It never hurts to invest a few minutes and give them a call and ask. I'm a newbie to Celebrity, but I have placed calls to Princess, Carnival & Holland America regarding the same issue with mix results. Never been successful with Princess, Carnival usually said yes, and Holland would make me an offer (An upsell) that only a fool would refuse.

You might luck out when you call (or if you've booked through a travel agent, your travel agent calls), but according to the rules, if it's after final payment, you can only upgrade if the higher category is at least $1 more expensive. Any suites that are only marginally more expensive that your A2?

Make sure that you don't forfeit any OBC, free gratuities, drink package you may have because of the change. Good luck!
