CruiseWeis Posted October 28, 2015 #1 Share Posted October 28, 2015 This probably seems like a silly question but I thought the charge for specialty dining included the food ; but when I looked up the menu for Sabor I found a la carte pricing. So for specialty do you pay cover charge plus the actual cost of the items?
garnetpalmetto Posted October 28, 2015 #2 Share Posted October 28, 2015 Sabor does not have a cover charge and you just pay a'la carte. Other specialty restaurants (Giovanni's and Chops, for instance) just have the cover charge (although Chops has a couple items that have an extra charge to them) and Johnny Rockets uses a hybrid system - you have the cover charge, but milkshakes are a'la carte. Sabor on Voyager and Freedom class ships has a cover charge which includes the food however on Oasis class it is a la carte pricing with no cover charge.
