Rainy day in St Martin - what to do?

We will be in St Martin for a day next week. It's supposed to rain most of the day. I cancelled my snorkeling tour with Capt Bob (great tour, but not with 18mph winds and rain)

So... ideas for something land based? We've been with Bernards tour. Great tour! Trying to avoid the beach, due to the weather.

Thanks in advance!

There is a indoor mall in Marigot and the Blue Mall in the Cupecoy area. A nice lunch on the water in Grand Case would be a good plan. There is a perfumery in Grand Case as well where you can make your own perfume. Each side of the island has a museum also.

Chances are you won't get a full day of rain. :)

The Sunshine is in port next Tuesday, November 3rd.

Wunderground predicts 88 degrees and .08 inches of rain.

Accuweather predicts 88 degrees and 'A stray afternoon shower'.

I wouldn't worry.

Personally, we would probably head for Calmos Cafe in Grand Case and plan on lunch and water/beach time there.

karysa,

If you just click on the links (the names of the two sites) in my post, you get a current 10 day forecast.

Does this mean that people here don't recognize all the effort that I put in to my posts to embed links to the data that I quote? Hope not.
