Bay of Islands - where do we tender ashore?

We're on the Legend for ten nights over New Years Eve and our first port visit is in the Bay of Islands, which is a tender port. Does anyone know specifically which wharf we tender into, noting that there are three possibles and they are apparently an hour apart by road?

It's usually to Waitangi and there is then a free shuttle bus that takes you to the town of Paihia which is about 10 minutes away. Sometimes shore tours will tender directly to Russell, but it's usually only ship tours that need to start there.
