Tons of stuff. The Princess website does a good job of outlining all the possibilities and age brackets.

Here's more:

How old are your teens?

The 19 and 18 won't want to go but everybody else should find some cool stuff there.

Whatever you do, go to the meeting they have the first night; that's where you'll be able to tell if you want to go or not and what the other kids are like.

This is my reply to another post like yours:

I say that because I see you're 14 which, to me, is nearing the upper limit of teens who consider those programs cool.

I'd surely go to the initial meeting they have to check out the others your age on board and take it from there. You don't have to sign some contract that you'll be there all the time but you might want to.

On the Golden all the teen activity stuff is in one general area of the ship which makes a great place to start out. Theres a full size basketball court, ping pong tables, hot tubs, activty center (kinda lame on our cruise but depends on the kids)and awesome video arcade with all the latest games and tons of them as well as pizza, burgers and stuff all within a few decks of each other in the aft section of the ship.

The teen centers are very well equipped with Nintento,Karaoke, Big Screen TV's, board and card games (ick)plus on the Golden they have a separate Jacuzzi and sun deck.

I might also add that I saw a lot of teens in the midship hot tubs in the Conservatory most all the time, that seemed like a hot spot to meet up with friends. Oddly, Scoops, the ice cream place that I thought would be a big teen meeting place was not.

If you want to have a fun cruise, this ship's for you for sure. Just remember that if you are a little idiot that the adults can and will throw you overboard to certain death at sea.

Ok maybe I made that last part up.

Go, have fun, remember that non-teens are human too, have a right to be alive and share this ship with you

hey,
I'm 14 too! but I went on a princess cruise last year. The teen centers r great! You don't have to do the stuff they do. The 19 and 18 can't do to much. They aren't a aloud in the teen center. I know on the Diamond Princess the Teen center is from 14-17. (On the star it was 13-17. I was 13 and I had a great time! stayed up till 1am!) If you need to know more or just want to chat I'll be here till 6/12!

Sailed the Star Princess last year. Now I'm sailing the Diamond Princess this year!

And there is usually a lot of cool stuff for kids going down... In fact, always a lot... unless the ship is overrun with kids then the cool kid counselors get a little wierd (which is rarely) .
