Did an open booking October 2013. I'm ready to book.

My wife and I took our last cruise in October of 2013. While onboard we put down our deposit for an open booking. My open booking is not showing on my C&A account. Royal Caribbean said it would show up once we pick a ship and sail date.

How do I make sure I get proper credit for my advanced down payment? Do I make the booking as usual and the deposit I previously put is reduced on my final payment? Does this just take putting in my C&A number?

Call C&A to book using your open booking.

I was afraid of that. I thought I remembered being able to previously do that online. Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly.

I've never been able to assign a cruise to a Next Cruise certificate using Royal's website. I've always had to call Royal, or my travel agent, as appropriate.
