Eclipse and Luminae on Embarcation question

We will be cruising on Eclipse for our last family vacation as our girls are graduating from college, and have two questions. First, is Luminae open for lunch on Embarcation day? Second, can we purchase a weekly meal package for our girls for Luminae so that they can eat with us there? They are not in a suite. Summit did offer a meal package this last summer for Luminae. Thank you!

We did eat in Luminae for lunch on embarkation day, but have never heard of a package for non suite guests. We brought guests for dinner and were charged $50.00 per person not in a Suite
