Westerdam-St Maarten: Dock or Tender

We're in the process of setting up a tour in St Maarten and need to know what the Westerdam does there? We don't arrive until noon on 11/23. I checked CruiseCal and there will be a total of 6 ships there that day (all the other ships arrive between 7am-8am). Thanks

St. Maarten has a large concrete dock which can hold 4 ships. The last time I was there on the Oosterdam we were docked along with 3 other ships. With 6 ships in port 2 of them will be tendering. If you dont arrive untill noon I think you can bet on tendering.
