framboesa Posted November 10, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 10, 2015 We received our docs yesterday, and we have a B2 cabin (deck 13) but in our docs it says bella Experience...How can this happen? Can we have an B2 cabin (we were upgraded) and still have the Bella experience? Thank you in advance!
cruisedude66 Posted November 10, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 10, 2015 From what I have read on the forums (someone can keep me honest) if you get an upgrade you keep the experience that was booked.

Skier52 Posted November 10, 2015 #4 Share Posted November 10, 2015 (edited) We received our docs yesterday, and we have a B2 cabin (deck 13) but in our docs it says bella Experience...How can this happen? If you get upgraded the cabin is upgraded but not the experience, you stay with the experience you first booked. This is probably why you have Bella in a Fantastica cabin FRom the FAQ section of the new pricing structure If the new cruise is of higher value the difference will be paid by the passenger. If the new cruise is of lower value the difference (no more than 25%) will be offered as onboard benefits (such as: credit, upgrade, drinks package etc). When a complimentary upgrade is offered, our guests will benefit from the higher category cabin (from Bella to Fantastica for example), but not receive the benefits (pre-cruise or onboard).
