I had 6589 on the Allure a week ago. I too was concerned about Bolero's, however, the sound level was only mildly noticeable. My room was over the bar area of Bolero's, the rooms located more forward will be right over the dance floor and band area, so it is possible more noise in those rooms.

Is that also one of the rooms added during drydock If so, what was the layout like? I have been trying to find out but no one seems to be able to answer. We are in 6585 on Oasis next weekend.

Yes, Allure had the same dry dock changes as Oasis. The room was very large for an inside, however the layout was weird. Very long and narrow, with a full size sofa at the far end facing the tv and desk. The beds (we had two singles) were mere inches away from the sliding closet, so close that we could not use any of the hanging space, just the shelves and room safe. They could have made the sofa much smaller and then allow more space for the beds. The bathroom was also a very nice size for an interior and had the nice rounded shower enclosure. Another thing I liked was how easy it was to get get to the elevators and quick stair access to the royal promenade one deck below.

I am in 6585 on the Oasis now. I don't think I would stay in this room again if I had a choice. The room itself is great but being just above Boleros, there is thumping bass every every until almost 1AM. Also this stateroom is next to what appears to be a crew break room so there is noise from there in the morning as well.ImageUploadedByForums1449072318.118439.jpg.b70ab9f81097f3cef3d5c219ce904446.jpg
