ScoutLeoOz Posted November 16, 2015 #1 Share Posted November 16, 2015 So the past couple of weeks I've had a terrible time signing into my online account - every time it says my user name & password don't match with their records so I have to change it. In addition once I do get in I find that three of my cruise reservations are locked so I can't do anything with them: excursions, dining, set sail pass etc. I've called Royal Caribbean and their suggestion is to create a new account. My question is has anyone else had to do that and how did it work out for you?? I'm just terrified that all the things I was able to do before this happened will just go Poof!! Clarea Posted November 16, 2015 #2 Share Posted November 16, 2015 My understanding is that the arrangements you have made, such as dining reservations, excursions, entertainment, etc., are tied to your cruise booking numbers, not your online account.
