Sometimes I'd get an answer in 30 seconds and other times it would ring for 3 straight minutes, sometimes it would play hold music. Strange.. but you should get through after a few tries. The woman was very nice, but said there are no upgrades available for that sailing :( I figure I can call back next week to see if anything changes, but online there aren't a lot of suites left.
