Is proof of any vaccination required for entry to either Indonesia and Singapore? We are up-to-date (no cholera, though!) from a trip to Kenya, but I have misplaced documentation of it.

The only vaccine that can be a requirement is yellow fever if arriving from a country with risk of Yellow Fever. That said, you should certainly look at your Public Health website (in the US the CDC) for recommendations and requirements.

Assuming your Kenya visit was more than a few days before you arrive in Singapore or Indonesia there are no mandatory vaccination requirements.

We can't advise on precautionary vaccinations because we don't know your age, medical history, etc - that advice can only come from your doc.

But it sounds like you're up-to-date on the standard things like Hep A / B and typhoid.

If you had a Yellow Fever jab for Kenya but mislaid the certificate you should be able to get a copy - it's good for ten years & who knows when you might need it in the future. ;)
