Shout out to a Celebrity employee

We were on the Reflection a week ago. Hubby had a back problem that was not resolved by visiting the ship doctor and taking medications. We decided to leave the cruise midway, in Jamaica. Concierge Karen was so professional and helpful. Got us plane tickets, eased us thru Jamaican customs, even wheeled 2 large suitcases for us. Hope Celebrity monitors these posts and sees how their employees are appreciated.

They do at some level, witnessed by responses posted to some threads by Celebrity staff.

 

I hope you sent a letter (A real letter, not an email) to Celebrity with your praise as well. That is far more likely to result in Management recognition than posting on an internet forum!

This may well be the same Karen we encountered on the Solstice last year. She was great and I could well imagine her wheeling suitcases for you. Some staff just stand out for their excellent customer service and she was one of them.
