Hubby had a back problem that was not resolved by visiting the ship doctor and taking medications. We decided to leave the cruise midway, in Jamaica. Concierge Karen was so professional and helpful. Got us plane tickets, eased us thru Jamaican customs, even wheeled 2 large suitcases for us. Hope Celebrity monitors these posts and sees how their employees are appreciated. I hope you sent a letter (A real letter, not an email) to Celebrity with your praise as well. That is far more likely to result in Management recognition than posting on an internet forum! This may well be the same Karen we encountered on the Solstice last year. She was great and I could well imagine her wheeling suitcases for you.
