LoveyHowell Posted December 1, 2015 #26 Share Posted December 1, 2015 I'm not to sure about that, actually. Harriet NCL no longer actively participates on this board. They do not look here proactively to resolve issues. Could or does someone in management peruse here on occasion? Probably. But this is not what they consider a viable means of communication like they would with Facebook or Twitter. It's "other". We are all mostly talking amongst ourselves. Something like, Do you read, participate, know of, Cruise Critic? (not sure of the exact wording) However, that question was never there before as it has been the last 6 months or so. rg24601 Posted December 1, 2015 #28 Share Posted December 1, 2015 Still not enough lunch and breakfast venues for 4000 people.
Jenjer Posted December 1, 2015 #29 Share Posted December 1, 2015 I am pretty sure all the cruise lines read CC. Its a free way for them to learn what their consumers are saying about them good, bad or indifferent. So are the wait times less now that they are charging? With the UDP (not the SDP, the old one) can I order M'ville food from my Butler?
