I am new to this web site. Question regarding balconies for a Panama Canal Cruise on the Infinity April 2nd. Does it make a difference whether you are on the port or aft side for a balcony.

We have gone through the canal two times, both times we had a balcony on the starboard side. Both times we spent more time topside. Even the second time when it rained we stayed topside.

Queen it really does not make any difference whether you are on starboard or port going through the Canal because there is two lanes going through the canal and no one knows ahead of time what lane you will be in(except maybe the Captain) but most people go out on upper decks or promenade decks or at the bow or in back of the ship. Have a great cruise. It truly is magnificant going through the Canal.
