What restaurants open upon boarding on Explorer?

I'm new to Royal Caribbean. My question pertains to Explorer. Upon boarding, my understanding is that cabins are not immediately ready for passengers. Where should we go to grab a bite to eat until they are? We'll be sailing as suite guests. Thanks for your help!

Thank you! When is the Concierge Lounge available for suite passengers?

The Concierge Lounge is accessible 24 hours via your room key. However, there won't be snacks or drinks or the concierge there until around 5pm. The lounge does have free specialty coffee available all the time.
