Computer lab on M class

Dh took an Adobe Photoshop course on our Infinity cruise. The Photoshop 1 was free, and the advanced courses were $20 each for photoshop levels 2,3, and 4. He learned a lot about how to play with our digital pics. He was also allowed to download our memory sticks from our camera and burn them to disc. The staff in the lab were there to help out whenever he had a question even if it wasn't during a class.

My mother-in-law will be with us next month on Infinity. She is interested in PhotoSHop. Does she pre-register, or is it more of a just show up type thing? Also, what is the duration of the classes? Do you complete a level the same day?

Thank you and regards

Hi sasset,

The embarkation day the Online @ Celebrity Computer Center opens from 2:00pm-7:00pm. There you can sign-up for classes.

Some classes are complimentary like "Download Digital Images & Organize". This classes are based on PhotoShop Elements.

For the class "Adobe PhotoShop I" & "Adobe PhotoShop II" is always a $20 fee per class. These classes are also based on the software Adobe PhotoShop Elements.

The classes are depending on how much sea days there will be on your cruise. The same class is twice a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Greetings

Norbert

Hi Everyone !

Early on in the sailing, they do have some complimentary classes which are very basic. Those fill up pretty quick. From what I have seen, the classes that have a charge, are easier to get into.

IMHO, all the classes are well worth the extra $$$, assuming you have an interest in the subject matter. They are very well done.

Sorry for the late response....

She will need to pre register. The first class was an hour, or maybe a little more. The extra charge advanced classes were a little longer and if anyone wanted to stay late to get some one on one help with something they were working on they could. Each class is one level and is completed in one day. Classes were always held on sea days. Participants can use the computer lab any time it's open to practice or work on their photos. The last sea day gets busy there with people burning their work to CD's so just be aware that she might have to wait for an available work station or come back at a different time.
