Shuttle Service from Fort L. to Miami Port

We are flying into FLL the day before our cruise and did not arrange our flight through Royal C. Can anyone recommend a good shuttle service to pick us up either at our hotel or airport on the morning of the cruise to take us to the port of Miami. We are a group of 10, 6 adults & 4 children between the ages of 8 and 11.:)
