Smile Tours: Can't Get Thi as Guide

In all of the reviews I've read about Smile Tours, Thi has been the only guide I've read about. But, when I emailed asking if she would lead our (small) tour, she said that she only leads large tours. Do any of you have experience with her guides and if so, how were they?

We had a young man as our guide as Smile Tours had 3 coaches going in to Saigon. He was absolutely fabulous and really enthusiastic about everything. He was constantly asking us if we wanted him to take photos of us with our cameras. He answered all our questions. Unfortunately I can't remember his name, but if all the guides are like him I wouldn't worry. :
