Looking for a restaurant in San Juan

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and ate at a restaurant on Avendia Ashford with in walking distance. If going toward old San Juan or the cruise ship piers it was on the right side of the road. It was not to far from the hotel. Is was a small local restaurant, one story that also had seating out on a patio/deck near the rocky beach. They had the best monfongo and grouper. We are stopping in San Juan on a cruise and would like to find the restaurant to go back and eat. But we have no idea what it is called. :confused:

we just got back from our cruise departing out of San Juan and while there we ate at Orozco's one night. it was very good, enjoyed the atmosphere and food and drinks! its right on Ashford just down a block or so from Marriott

It has been 3 years since we have been there, but the front of the restaurant did not look like this then.

Also when we crossed the street to walk back to the Holiday Inn, on the way there, there was a ice cream store where you could build your own ice cream dish with toppings.

and he recommended La Cueva del Mar which is very close to the cruise dock. Has anyone tried it? The menu looks great and seems reasonable.
