Justprettynpink Posted January 12, 2016 Author #26 Share Posted January 12, 2016 They saved the best for last on this cruise. I was dying to go snorkeling. DH is not a fish like I am so he got a massage on shore while I went to the morning excursion of the Woodwind. It was the BEST $65 I think I have ever spent. No this is not "photoshopped"...this fish is really smiling and waving Something knocked off my bucket list. We met back up and decided to take a Bon Tuk Tour of part of the Island. We saw the salt fields and beautiful beaches...
Justprettynpink Posted January 12, 2016 Author #27 Share Posted January 12, 2016 We returned to the ship and went to the promenade deck to watch the sail away. We were scheduled to depart at 4:30. About 4:45 the announcements start "D" family in E103 please call guest services" and then they tried in different languages. 5:00 the Captain lets us know that we had missing passengers. 5:30 the gangway is raised...one rope from the pier then another...We are closed up and ready to go...then the passengers show up with a roar from the ship. E103 had 2 small children that were having a ball that everyone was cheering for them and they were waving as they came down the pier...5 more minutes and it would have been a different story... We went to the Salty Dog for Dinner. I was so disappointed. The food was not up to par with the dining room and we had to pay for it. They only have one brand of craft beer in 3 different flavors. (one of which they did not have available). The waiters were great but the food was not worth $6 less than the Crown Grill.
