I'm not a wine drinker...but

Hubby and I don't drink wine but we have started enjoying mimosas .

 

Can we bring on champagne instead of wine ?

If so what would be a good brand? We are flyng in a couple days early and would have to buy it. I'm positive there is more of a selection in the States than in Canada :p :p

Yes, you can! You can even get orange juice from room service in the morning.

I am not a wine connoisseur, but dh and i enjoy our weekend brunches. We live in Florida and Mimosas + Bloody Mary's are a staple.

 

Personally I have found that its better if you have a sparkling wine that is dry (not sweet). The orange juice has plenty of sugar to it. I typically use a Bruit.

 

If I were you I would start experimenting!

 

There are Publix on practically every corner in Florida so it shouldn't be too hard to find. I just bought a bottle of Andre extra dry that's waiting for me.
