72 hour sale -Australia - gratuity question

Has anyone booked under this sale? The terms and conditions say gratuities are included (and taxes/fees) but when I go to book it asks if I want to pre-pay and adds $250 to the price.

 

I am going to call but wondering if any other CC members have experienced and resolved this?
