stevehank Posted January 14, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 14, 2016 We are traveling with another couple on an upcoming sailing of the Escape. We have been assigned to check in at Terminal B while they have been assigned to Terminal C. I understand they are completely separate areas. We are both going to arrive early to the port. I am wondering if once we are past security and the check in desks, do we all funnel into a single holding area where we can meet up with our friends or does each terminal board the ship via a different gangway and we will have to set a meeting point on the ship? We have cruised several times, but never on NCL or out of Miami. I appreciate the assist.
Pitzel Posted January 14, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 14, 2016 Each terminal has it's own waiting area. I am not sure if there is a way to go between them...I have never tried.
craig-n-carol Posted January 14, 2016 #3 Share Posted January 14, 2016 I've been through this on the Escape and Getaway. It is best to meet them once onboard. There is no way to go between terminals without leaving the secure area, and making the 300 yard walk outside to the other terminal, and then going through their terminal's security. I also tried just going to the other terminal of our travel companions, and not our own, but the key cards are at the specified terminal on your boarding documents. A real pain, but it's the only way to board so many passengers on these mega ships.
