Coxen Hole - bar near the NCL pier?

We like to end our days in port at a local pub close to the cruise terminal. We like to sit in the shade and have a few cold ones.

 

What is near the one used by NCL?

 

Is it relatively safe to walk about Coxen hole?

There's a bar on the dock called "Monkey La-La's" Drinks about $7 if I remember...and pretty tasty!
