Conch fritters near Nassau port

My wife and I love conch fritters when we can find them or make them, but I'm trying to find a place near the cruise port in Nassau with easy access.

My wife isn't very keen on going to the fish fry (Goldies) due to the distance and dealing with peddlers along the way. I use a mobility scooter so hopping the jitney is out and my wife is afraid to ride alone. Bahamanian Cookin' was my second preferred place so far, but they have a step up into the restaurant which is a non-starter for me.

Senior Frog's looks too boozy and the main menu isn't appealing. So are there other alternatives that aren't as well advertised?

The ones I bought inside the cruise terminal were pretty bad, very little conch inside most were all batter. There is a place called Athena Cafe that has pretty good fritters but they are on the second floor.

The last time I was there {a few months ago} the terminal was still under construction.
