deenanmoose Posted January 20, 2016 #1 Share Posted January 20, 2016 My itinerary from Carnival says we will be in Nassau 7am - 5pm. I know the Bahamas are on Eastern time zone. Will the ship stay on Central Time as we are going out of Galveston? Are we really in port 6am - 4pm island time? Thanks for the help! I'm trying to see if a day pass at Sandals is worth it if I can't go until 10am.
WLHyatt Posted January 20, 2016 #2 Share Posted January 20, 2016 On the Dream from New Orleans in 2014 ship time did not change. We were on the beach at 11am and left around 3 at the British Colonial Hilton.

Flytko Posted January 21, 2016 #4 Share Posted January 21, 2016 Everything stays on ship time, which coincides with the port the ship originally left. You will stay on central time.
