Singe digit dance/Any questions for the Dream?

Today is the day I can finally say I'm doing the single digit dance! Heading out on the Dream for 7 days and visiting Belize, Cozumel and Roatan.

I've semi-obsessed over cruising since my parents started going about 5 years ago, and last year finally was able to take the plunge on a 5 day journey on the Elation out of NOLA. That review can be found here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2174671

Upon return I plan on providing another fairly extensive review with plenty of pictures and everything I can find out for the Dream. A few things I know I'm already going to be looking at are:

1) Elation vs Dream. I know, the Dream is bigger, has far more features and is much newer. But which will we prefer, the new(ish) ship, or the classic?

2) Old embarkation vs staggered check in.

3) The much debated "Carnival Comfort". We've seen this debate rage on the forums and on John Heald's page. But when it comes down to it, what's the real difference?

If you have any questions you'd like me to answer, please list them in this thread, and I"ll try to visit those areas if possible. I also take tons of pictures, so let me know if there's anything you'd like to see! We will try anything we can, with the exceptions noted below.

**Please note we have no kids, so there will be no review of any of the kids activities or clubs. We don't plan to visit the spa or do any spa services. We plan on trying our hand at the casino this time around, but we don't usually go, and likely will just putt around at the slot machines, so we won't be very helpful to any casino regulars.

There a few things I am curious about, we will be on the Dream on Feb 21.

1) I am wondering how deep the pools are. I am hoping to be able to comfortably stand with a beverage in my hand ;)

2) Are there tables that seat 6 near the windows? (we have anytime dining, not sure if that makes a difference)

3) What your favorite bar was on the Dream? (hopefully you drink!)

4) Your all time favorite thing on the Dream (i'm sure this will already be in your review!)

Can't wait to hear your answers if you get to them!

Have fun!!!

I do drink, and I'm eager to try out the Blue Iguana tequila bar, which wasn't on the Elation. But we are also just a floor down from the Atrium bar, and we usually have a lot of fun there, so we may have to drink quite a bit to find a winner!

I have late dining and I'm not sure how that is arraigned, but I will find out if o can!
