Dinning Packages on Anthem

Curious if anyone has purchased the 3, 4, or 5 night dinning packages that I see in my cruise planner for Anthem. My questions are:

 

1) Can these be purchased on board or are they only sold online prior?

 

2) For those that have purchased, did they feel they got value for the price?

 

3) I see Chef's Table is excluded, is any other restaurant on Anthem excluded? (I am not a suite guest so Coastal Kitchen is also excluded for us)

 

4) Should I be worried that it appears my favorite restaurant (Chops) appears fully booked for the week?

We purchased 3 day dining pcg but we're refunded after a disappointing dinner at chops! If this was their best, well I could eat in the rotation for the same quality food, unless you pay the upcharge for prime aged steaks, they looked better. The sides were tasteless and served lukewarm also. The best part of our chops experience was the onion soup and shrimp cocktail. To answer your other question,yes u can buy your dining and drink packages on board.
