Carnival Dream getting updates

Just booked our first B2B for Jan. 2017. My PVP said it is getting the rest of the 2.0 upgrades before then. I can't find anywhere that says it is and when. Anyone know?

Not sure scheduled my 2nd dream cruise December 11th 2016 and did not see it going into upgrade mode before that. I think the elation moved and another took its place

The Dream is going into dry dock the end of Jan. 2017

Hopefully this means Guys burgers, Blue Iguana Cantina, a ropes course and maybe another specialty restaurant?

I think Guys/Blue Cantina/ Alchemy are a certain.

 

I also think Playlist/Hasbro will appear too.

 

Unfortunately I think one of the above food spots will replace the Tandoor and thats what we were looking forward to when we sail on her next year....possibly.

Pvp said all the 2.0 updates that it doesn't already have, but he also said it would be done before or cruise and that's not right so..... I'll just be sad to see Pasta Bella go, but it probably will.

My guess is that Pasta Bella will be converted to Cucina del Capitano, which is still a free venue you at lunch.

Soon real soon as what I was told just two weeks ago on the Dream. Guys, meh overrated, Pasta Bella, delish, and yes the toilets are something to behold........:eek: The ship was in AWESOME shape and with a drydock she will be WOW, so go have fun!!

I just got off the Dream this morning. Alan was our state room Stewart he was just great. ATD we got Alexis he was the best ever. The dining room was fantastic. Ship is beautiful. Lido food I was really disappointed in it. Salad was good pizza husband liked. Sandwiches from deli was good. Went to Italian restaurant we went for lunch the food just wasn't right. Room service was good didn't order any pay food. I thought the ship had plenty of things to do and plenty of pretty things to look at. Had a great time over all.
