Emailing rccl executive office

I have to say that I sent an email last week to the executive offices about an experience we had with very rude customer service rep at C & A. This person was so rude I was wondering if Ashton Kutcher punked everyday Joes like us :D! I was shocked to receive a personal phone call the day after the email apologizing over and over and assuring me that the call would be reviewed with the rep and that the proper disciplinary steps would be taken.

 

They do read the emails and I think they do respond if they're written in a civil manner and there's a valid complaint.
