We will be sailing to Hawaii in October for 15 days. Longest cruise that we have taken is 8 days. How do they rotate their menus in the main dining room for dinner? On day 8 do they start with day 1 again? Also, if you book an excursion through Carnival and are tendering do you get priority boarding on the tenders? Thanks! PS Does anyone have any inside information if Long Beach will have staggered embarkation by then.

We did the 15 day a few years ago. If I remember correctly the menu did repeat. We did not do any excursions thru Carnival where tendering was needed, only 1 port is a tender port and as the sea's were rough we did not "make" than one.

We are also sailing on the Miracle Oct 15th 2016. Does anyone know if you can rent a car in Hilo or Kona and the other stops. We have done lots of Mexico cruises and book shore excursions off the ship. Are there companies that cater to walk off passengers at the different Island stops?

We would appreciate any information someone may have :)

We did the 15 day Hawaii cruise in January. The menu did not repeat. We had the old menus though and I understand that the American Table/Feast is supposed to be starting on the Miracle, or maybe it already did.

Mostly no repeating menus. There is an everyday section that repeats and the Steakhouse selections repeat. The Indian vegetarian and nonVegetarian also doesn't repeat, well parts do, other parts don't.

The American Table is on its second cruise this week on the Miracle.

You'll have three sea days with breakfast and lunch, the rest have brunch.

Lots of info on the Hawaii port of call board. Last time we went through Discount Hawaii for cars.
