SDP Promotion Now what?

So we got the SDP and the UBP as part of our cruise on the Getaway with the pick 2 free when we booked.

But now what. Being completely new to NCL, I keep reading where some restaurants are a la carte and not included or you have to pay extra even with the SDP. I know there's so many restaurants on board, and to avoid confusion where can we find a list of restaurants that we can eat at with the SDP with no additional charges. Or does that even exist?

I'm reading enough on here that I get the basic there's 3 main dining rooms that are free, we I believe get 4 nights included in the SDP, and the illusionarium is not included, but we would probably go there anyways. The rest I'm not sure about.

What about Cagney's? That's the steakhouse I believe. Is that one of the places I can use my SDP without an extra additional charge?

Sorry for all the questions. One of these days I will get all of this worked out :)
