Staying in Paris for a few days before taking the train to Barcelona for a Celebrity cruise. We have L'Empire booked near the Louve. Has anyone done the hop on hop off bus? There are a few and I can't figure out which is the best. The big bus or Foxity? Guess I am worried about being too cold in middle October. Also anyone do the Night bus tour to see Paris in Lights? Any advice? Thanks

They basically are all the same...some variation in routes is about all. The big bus is pretty good and I have done it several times with people to show them an overall view of Paris then they can go back and see what interested them the most.I have done them all times of the year and usually Oct. is not all that cold to do them. I really would not worry about all this. You will be fine.If you want to do the night light..go for it.
