Dream Cove Balcony - Port or Starboard?

Definitely port side. They usually (but not always) dock on the port side and you will have a personal view from your balcony. Also, try to book one forward of the mid-ship elevators to avoid noise from the galley.

It Really doesn't matter that much. We sailed out of NOLA on the Conquest 4 years ago on the starboard side. We docked at both Montego Bay and Cozumel on the Starboard side. Depending on your Itinerary you will see sunrises one direction and sunsets the other. I'd focus more on location based off what you want to to be close to or flip that what you want to be away from. Like not booking underneath the galley or basketball court. Conversely if you like to be close to the action of Lido book higher up.
