that we can use in San Juan.

 

We'll be cruising out of there and will need rides from the airport to the hotel, hotel to pier, pier to airport.

 

I realize we can catch a cab at the airport but we would rather have a repeat driver with whom to build a relationship. We cruise out of SJ a lot.

There aren't individual companies as there are in most cities. All the cabs are run by the Tourist Authority (Transportation Department). At the airport as you arrive when you come to the end of the line for taxis, someone will get your destination and provide a slip for the driver.
