Any news or updates on this I haven't seen anything in a while. Wondering what is being added

Pretty much everything except for the Blue Iguana Cantina.

Getting the bar but not the restaurant.

Unless they are going to surprise us.

I went to http://www.cruisedeckplans.com and compared all of the conquest class ships. There is absolutely a place for the Blue Iguana Cantina. Maybe JH just didn't have all of the info and we will be surprised. JH did post that 2.0 upgrades will include Red Frog Rum Bar, Red Frog Pub, Alchemy Bar, Guy's Burger Joint, Blue Iguana Tequila Bar, new hot tubs, and I think a sports bar. We should know for sure soon.

Definitely room to add Blue Iguana. The Valor has the same layout as the Liberty and it has everything. Guy's and Blue Iguana were the things we missed when we were on the Valor last year.

My one and only Valor cruise will be just before the dry dock. Dang it! :( But we will enjoy the cruise anyway. We chose it for the ports, not the ship. (It's probably a good thing that we won't have a Guy's Burger on our cruise.....)

We booked Valor last night for June 12 before we even realized it was going in for dry dock! Have to say I am very excited that we get to sail with the 2.0! We miss the Guys Burgers when we are on the smaller ships...Ready to go!:)

I just checked Carnival's website after getting a sales e-mail from them and under explore ships, it shows that a Blue Iguana Cantina is coming soon to the Valor. Also, Guy's Burger Joint which we already knew.So, yeah....... Arepas and Burritos for breakfast and hamburger's and tacos for lunch. :D:D:D

The following ships are scheduled for Dry Dock in 2016 and 2017.

 

During all dry docks, vessels receive routine hotel maintenance and cosmetic enhancements in lounges and public areas such as new carpeting, wall coverings, tile work and lighting. As details are confirmed, the information below will be updated.

I am excited we will be on the first cruise out of dry dock. We are saying May 8 and have a balcony on Deck 10.

Nope, they will not be getting the new interactive TVs. Just asked John H. and he said nope.

When I asked him about the upgrades a few months back, he said no to the Blue Iguana Cantina and he was wrong. I hope is is wrong twice. :eek:

No, valor already has the new captains suites (added last drydock)

They are going too, but we dont know what they are going to do. Heald keeps claiming an announcement will be made soon, but then it gets pushed. I am sailing in the Captain suite on the Valor at the end of May, hoping I will get some nice perks, but I have very tiny expectations. At least it was a free upgrade so I guess I dont really have any basis to complain
