Question about grandeur and Baltimore/Bahamas weather in February

I have only cruised on GOS; in March, May, October (Halloween cruise), & December. My own experience has been rough seas only in March. All the ports were warm enough for swimming. The cover was on the pool in March & December but it was open the other 2 trips. I am leaving again next March on the Carnival Pride & will enjoy the cruise no matter what the weather. Sea days, for me, are for relaxing. I'm too busy in the ports so need the downtime.
