annbarker23 Posted May 3, 2017 #26 Share Posted May 3, 2017 We danced before and after dinner in the Rendezvous lounge of the Millennium on our recent cruise. Latin was easier than ballroom as we have a couple of routines which are largely "on the spot". We managed a couple of basic Waltz and foxtrot moves though given the size of the floor and the number of other people present a quickstep was out of the question! cruisin4thedeepblue Posted May 3, 2017 #27 Share Posted May 3, 2017 There has been 'some' going on in diff areas. One night we danced till the cows came home to a Beatles tribute band, Rock n Roll! No glidein across the dance floor, lots of shakin  going on. In the Ensemble Lounge there is no dance floor, but this is where they have the baby grand and normally a smooth jazz group. We had Ray Brown Jr one cruise. People did move the chairs and slowly sway between the folks going n coming from the speciality restaurants? The main Atrium on deck 3 will have something different happening every night that people are dancing to before and after a pop up show by the entertainment staff. Thanks. We aren't "Dancing with the Stars" dancers but we do enjoy a foxtrot and such. As long as we can dance some during the cruise before and after dinner is fine
