Cruise was changed from start in Istanbul to Athens.Had to change Flights and hotel which we had booked does Azamara reimburse cost paid by taking off balance of payment or do they pay when they receive receipts from customer.

We are on the same cruise. Azamara (RCL) credited our credit card. The funds went back on the same card which we booked the cruise on.
