Just booked!

Recommended Posts

We just booked our cruise through our TA website and everything will get finalized in the morning when he gets in! I am sooo excited!

We will be on the Serenade of the Seas in April, on D1 Verandah room. San Juan

St. Thomas

St. Maarten

St. Johns

St. Lucia

What are the perkes of this room? Or just the normal fruits, flowers, 24 hour room service....

We have 1 sea day on a 7 days cruise so how many formal days we will have (on HAL formal = sea day)

Also can we bring our own wine on board, is there a corkage?

How to tips work?

Will there be many kids? Or will there be an older crowd?

Anything else I should know about this cruise line? I only know HAL

I think that is enough questions for now.. thanks for your help

April 22... oh no I hope that is not spring break...

I was about to out in the deposit for this.. I guess I will check with him

You should be fine. Easter is April 16 and the weeks before and after have an overwhelming # of kids.

What are the perks of this room? Or just the normal fruits, flowers, 24 hour room service.... --- No perks such as fruits, flowers - you have to order and pay for those yourselves before you board. 24 hour room service is offered to everybody on RCI.

We have 1 sea day on a 7 days cruise so how many formal days we will have (on HAL formal = sea day) 2 formal days. I believe one is the night you are in Barbados, one will be earlier in the week.

How to tips work? You can either tip with cash on the last night or add the tips to your SeaPass account.

Great thanks for your answers. I did enjoy the fresh flowers in the room everyday.

I confirmed with my TA that we should be ok, since it is not spring break. I am looking forward to the cruise... but my readings I will be in for a big change coming from HAL to RCCL.
