Service charges

from what I gather if you cancel prior to cruise start they are. I didn't include the cost in my insurance. If I included them they bumped me up to next level cost of policy. I only included the actual cruise cost since the UBP and SDP grats are separated as well as taxes and port fees. i don't know for certain if I am correct in excluding them though.

Travel insurance is sold in $500 increments. Just see if the service charges would bump you up or not....because calling Ncl to find out your answer will just waste time and possibly give you the wrong answer anyway

 

Fwiw....I think the correct answer is they would be refunded...just like taxes and port charges and prepaid dsc

 

I mean really they won't be serving you the drinks so how could they charge you the 18%?
