I haven't sailed on CCL in awhile, so I was wondering if anything had changed regarding an upsell. Some of the cruise lines have telephone numbers you can call 1-2 weeks before sailing to see what they are offering to upsell. With CCL do you still have to wait for the elusive phone call, or is there such an option?

 

I just checked my sailing for 3/20 and there are still quite a few balcony cabins available, so I was wondering ..... FWIW, this is our Milestone cruise, so I wonder if that would make a difference :)

I have had it happen both ways, I have received a call, and I have called and been offered an up-sell.. Not sure if the milestone cruise would factor in, but it would not hurt to call and ask!

I found a post a month or so ago where a few people had listed some extension numbers for the upsell desk but I cannot seem to locate the thread again. Does anyone have any of those extensions?

I have the phone number you have to have a specific extension number to get to the upgrade department. If you just call that number they will not give you an extension or transfer you.

Would love to know the extension also. We leave in 19 days and would love to upgrade to a balcony if possible
