Scooter friendly Cozumel excursions?

Going on Western Caribbean with parents they both have scooters but my dad can get around pretty good but hes on oxygen I am trying to find out if they have tours where they have handicapped buses or van that we could put her scooter in and take out as needed in Cozumel think I have it covered in Mobay and Cayman she is going to take her fold up walker with a seat on it. I am worried about this port because of how far the walk is from the ship to the port.
