Helment dive in Grand Cayman

I think you mean the Sea Trek dive. We did it a couple years ago, and it was really fun. They teach you how to pop your ears and what to do on the dive. Then you climb down a 30 ft ladder off the side of their dock. They put the helmet on you just as you're going under water. The helmet was great, your hair & face/glasses don't get wet at all and you can see perfectly. It has air pumping in all the time, so you just breathe normally. Anyway, as you're going down the ladder you have to pop your ears a lot, every so many steps. Once you get to the bottom, you just walk around on the ocean floor and see the fish, etc. They have food to feed to the fish, so you're guaranteed to see some. They let us feed them from our hands. The one downside is you're not able to go very far (since you're tethered by your air hose) and you're under water for less than half an hour. We thought it was worth it and would do it again.
