NEW boarding.

Does anyone know if the boarding times at Port of Miami are enforced. We are sailing March 12 and have a couple who put their boarding time at a later time, because their travel agent was late in doing so. We are a group of 16 with a early boarding of 11-11:30

From all the posts I've read about this, Carnival is enforcing assigned embarkation times.

Miami is one of the ports that have gone to mandatory staggered boarding. If your friends arrive prior to their designated time they will not be permitted in the terminal to check in.

There is no problem showing up late for your check in time if you all decide to board together.

Those staggered times are NOT boarding times, they are check-in times. Those of you with earlier times can wait and check in with those with the later times. You can get there later than your check-in time but not earlier.
