Exclusive Cozumel Sailing

Does anyone have any experience with his company? They offer a private catamaran sail in Cozumel (and I think may be the company that provides a similarly named excursion on RCI/Celebrity ships). They are listed on Trip Advisor but the one review that is there I am pretty sure is by the company themselves (review is from Cozumel and by someone named Marcos - and the email I received was also from someone named Marcos). So I am a bit wary about this company as they require a 20% deposit via PayPal, with the rest of the costs paid in cash on the day of the trip. While that is not unreasonable, I sure would feel better about this if I could find reviews/feedback from others who have used this company before.
