Everyday. The roast beef sandwich, I believe is called their Kemmelwick (not sure of the spelling) for the type of rolls used. It's one of my favorite Royal Caribbean signature food items!

The Roast Beef sandwich in Cafe 270 are served every afternoon, usually noon to 5 PM. They also have a salad bar in which staff can customize a salad for you.

 

From our sailing on the Quantum last year Cafe 270 was not open for dinner but was also open early morning for bagels, coffee etc.

 

Cafe 270 is not a buffet but just another place to get drinks, salad, sandwiches and a snack.

 

The hours are posted in the cruise planner, they may vary from day to day.
