Does Princess offer alcoholic drink packages?

Haven't sailed Princess in about 4 years but are considering a cruise with an itinerary that we like. Have always enjoyed our Princess cruises.

The last few years we have been cruising Celebrity because of the no smoking policy(especially in the casino!) and the convenience of the drink package ( no signing of tickets) which includes water and juices.

Does Princess offer a drink package option for purchase?

I know they didn't several years ago but we were hoping it was now available.

Thank you!

The link you posted just shows prices for individual bottles of wine. Is there a package for wine? It has been three years since we were on Princess but I seem to remember that there were packages available at that time. If those are no longer available I may have to bring more on than I had planned and just pay the corkage.

Not sure if this is fleet-wide or just Island Princess which we just got off of, but aside from drink packages they had "Happy Hour" twice a day where drinks were buy one, get one for $1.00. The times were 5:30 to 6:30 and 10:30 to 11:30. We're not big drinkers so we didn't purchase a package and the specials were fine for us.

We've purchased the drink package for our Japan cruise on the Diamond. It's our first time on any cruise line to do so.

Since it includes pretty much anything liquid (bottled water, fresh-squeezed juice, soda, specialty coffees, milkshakes on up through all but the most premium alcohol pours), it seems like quite a bargain. (for us, it's dependent on itinerary - if we were going ashore at the butt-crack of dawn and back on board late, it would be a different scenario)

When we booked our cruise on the Diamond for our circle Japan cruise this July, they included 2 drink packages for free. I guess this was being offered as an enticement to book. We saved ourselves around $1000 and now we don't have to worry about drinks, wine, specialty coffees, and bottled water at all.
